Narumugai in Tamil means “newly blossomed flower bud”. Narumugai US is a new budding endeavor founded by cousins Ramya and Winnie, two aspiring mothers from India.
India is home for a variety of arts. It is known for age old weaving history and timeless craftsmanship deeply rooted in our traditions and cultural diversity. For us, a saree is not just a piece of art, rather a symbol of India\'s cultural legacy and pride. A heirloom that is passed down to many generations.
We started Narumugai US to glorify our rich cultural and textile heritage and the artisans who treasures them and pass down from generation to generation to keep them alive.
Our vision is to bring out the work by our finest artisans and show it to the world. Our mission is to pass down our core cultural values and mesmerizing art to our future generations living outside our mother land.
