As it says “Health is Wealth” Many forget to care about their health due to hectic work. Many neglect their health while searching for money and finally lands with obesity or diabetic or some other health issues. Then only they will realise the importance of being healthy
What I feel is let’s try to live a healthy life though in the busy schedule. Many working women skip their breakfast due to work burden which leads to stress and fatigue. To avoid such distress we need not work so hard to be healthy.
