Be sure to sample the Fish and Chips, the Roasted Chicken, and the Tiramisu and Baileys Crème Brûlée.
Eighteen71 Cookhouse and Bar
Eatery features Pan Indian & Oriental food and live grills in a modern form in a trendy restaurant. Don't miss their heady nitrogen drinks *hic*, as well as the nachos loaded with cheese, tofu stir-fries, and fish fried in sambal sauce. The best restaurant in Shimla mall road is Eighteen 71.
Rasoi Himachal Pradesh is the third.
Visit this restaurant, which is close to the well-known Baljees Restaurant, and enjoy the authentic flavors of Himachal Pradesh at very low pricing. Many of the meals have interesting names and are arranged on a plate with rice in the middle and a variety of other foods around them. Their Thalis, Sidu, Chana Madra and Dham are all worth sampling.

In addition to Indian, Continental, and Mughlai dishes, this restaurant is known for its South Indian cuisine. Try their Paneer Dosa and Sambhar Vada with a boiling hot Masala Tea. As a bonus, there is a bakery on-site where you can pick up some Kadhai Chicken, Keema Naan, and Gulab Jamuns.
