Do you have an Arris Router and need to set it up for the first time? If yes, you need to know how to perform the Arris Router login. It is one of the most essential steps to do the router configuration and setup. In addition, for the security of your wireless network, you need to log into the router admin console and make the necessary changes to the router settings.

This article will help you to login to Arris Router with arris router default login credentials like IP, Username, and Password.

What is the Arris Router Default Password and How to Log In?

Like every other router available in the market, your Arris Router comes with Arris Router login default credentials:

Username: admin

Password: password

You can find the Arris Router default password and the username both in the user manual that comes along with the router as well as at the back or bottom of the router.

What are The Steps For Router Login Arris?

If you need to login into your Arris Router because your network is slow, first try to reset your Arris router. If the problem is solved after reset then you do not need to login to arris router at all.

Arris router login steps:

Step 1: Connect your device to arris network

Whichever device you are using, phone, laptop, or tablet. You need to connect that to a wired or wireless network.

Step 2: Visit the IP address of your router by opening a web browser

http://192/168.0.1 is the IP address that comes with the Spectrum Arris Router login credentials. You need to type this address into the browser or you can paste it directly.

If this IP address does not work, there are some alternative IP addresses that you can try:

Step 3: Log in using arris router default login credentials

After entering the IP address in the browser, you will land at the login page of arris Router by using Arris Router login default details as mentioned earlier as well.

If you are unable to log in by using the login credentials mentioned earlier, then it might be possible that someone has changed the login credentials of your router. If that is the case, you need not worry. You can easily reset your router to its default factory settings by following the Arris Router 30-30-30 reset rule.

  1. Press the reset button of your router and hold it for 30 seconds.

  2. While still holding the reset button, unplug your router for 30 seconds.

  3. While pressing the reset button, connect your router to the power and release the reset button after 30 seconds.

Once you complete the steps mentioned above, your router is reset to its default factory settings. But you must note that all the changes that were made to the router will be erased. As such, you will have to login to Arris Router to make the changes and connect to router either wirelessly or using a wired connection via Ethernet cable.
