Who sweeps the floor in the garage so there is less dust?

Who sweeps the floor in the garage so there is less dust?? When I start sweeping with a broom, the whole dust settles on the shelves or when I try to wash it, the dust is washed out of the cracks between the tiles and immediately settles in the neighboring cracks of the tile. Can there be any folk trick or can you advise the best floor sweeper?
