Vinod Goenka

Vinod Goenka, born in 1959 in Kolkata, is an Indian real estate developer and billionaire who serves as the Chairman and Managing Director of Valor Estate (formerly DB Realty), based in Mumbai. With over 35 years’ experience, he has led landmark projects and contributed to both real estate and the dairy industry. Goenka is also recognized for social responsibility efforts, including slum redevelopment and urban revitalization across Mumbai.
